Some people spend a lifetime chasing reinvention. I was raised by it — and it turned out to be the best education I could have asked for.

I was born in Delhi, into a warm, close-knit family in Sarvodaya Enclave. Just down the road stood Mother's International School on Sri Aurobindo Marg — the same school my mother had once walked into as a girl. Following her footsteps there was my first lesson in something I'd carry everywhere: we belong to the places we're brave enough to step into.

At five, I got my first taste of a whole new world. We moved to the United States, and I became a school kid in Fremont, California — new accent, new playground, new everything. Where some children might have shrunk, I lit up. I learned early that a fresh start isn't something to fear; it's a doorway.

Life tested that lesson sooner than any child should be tested. I lost my mother when I was nine. It was the kind of loss that could have defined me by what it took — but the women and men in my family, my grandparents on both sides, surrounded me with so much love that I learned a different truth instead: you can be knocked all the way down and still rise, still laugh, still dream. That resilience became the quiet engine under everything I've built since.

Back in India, I poured myself into growing up strong. I finished school and earned a degree in Biotechnology — proof to myself that I could take on anything, even science. When my father invited me to study medicine in China, where he ran his business, I said yes to yet another adventure and another language. I gave it real years and real effort, and I came away with something more valuable than a medical degree: the certainty of what I was actually made for. Three countries, three fresh starts — and every one of them was teaching me the same craft. My gift wasn't the science. It was the crossing itself: arriving as an outsider and turning that into belonging.

So I backed myself and moved to Melbourne, where I earned my master's from the University of Melbourne — in marketing and communications. That's where everything clicked. I had been the international student, the new arrival, the one decoding a foreign system alone — and now I could turn that lived experience into a mission. I built student communities, told their stories, and showed young people how to walk into a new country and make it their own. I found my voice in personal branding, grew audiences, launched channels, and became known for one thing above all: helping people turn who they are into a brand the world remembers.

I've always chosen my own path — including in love and family. My marriage became one more chapter that ended, but it gave me the greatest gift of my life: my daughter. And it handed me the invitation I know better than anyone how to accept — the invitation to begin again, on purpose.

That's what prachi.ai is: my boldest new beginning yet.

It's where I turn a lifetime of starting over into a craft for others — helping ambitious professionals and international students build magnetic personal brands and real belonging in the AI age. I'm not doing this from the sidelines. I'm building in public, rebuilding my own name and career right alongside the people I serve, as living proof that you can start again at any age, from any starting point, and come back stronger than before.

I'm not here because life handed me an easy road. I'm here because I learned — again and again, across three continents — how to begin, how to belong, and how to build something that's unmistakably mine. That's what I teach.
